Facebook Studio have done some evaluation of pages and posts and found key insights into driving customer engagement. What does this mean for you?
They looked at a sample of 23 brands across six industries. Here’s the advice:
First – ask yourself what engagement means for your brand, and then decide what you should be posting.
1. Increasing shares of your page content
• Posting on topics relating to your brand

3. Increasing your page comments
• Posting on topics relating to your brand
• Asking questions in the post: EG creating a survey. This encourages your visitors to express themselves and it’s nice and quick.

OK- Maybe you’d like to achieve likes, comments and shares- You need to mix and match the posts to see what happens on the page. Keep posting regularly and let us know the results!
