Is my data secure?

We host all your images and text on our dedicated servers in the UK. We back them up daily and do everything possible to protect your data, however, we are not immune to all threads. In the event of any problems we will restore the data as quickly as possible.

How can I pay?

All major credit cards are accepted for payment online. No other payment options are currently available. Payments are required in advance. If we don't receive your payment, your account will be suspended. Every month, you will get an invoice sent by e-mail. You can also log into your account at any time to access your invoices. VAT @ 20% will be added to the total amount.

Is there a minimum term contract for LikeIt!?

The minimum term is one month. After that, your account works on a Pay-as-you-go basis. You can cancel any time you like through your payment account (login details will be e-mailed to you). Please note we do not issue refunds.

Can I install the App on Multiple Pages?

The package will allow you to install the LikeIt App on 1 Facebook Page only (but as many tabs as you wish - Welcome, Sign Up, Services...). If you would like to have the App installed on more than 5 Facebook pages, please email us as we can offer you bundle discounts.

What customer support is there?

If you have signed up for our basic package, we offer email support, plus lots of great tutorials and articles on our blog for members-only. For the premium package we also offer phone support. However, don’t be afraid to pick up the phone if you really need to speak to someone – we are a friendly bunch.

Can you design my page for me?

Yes! We can design all the aspects of your Facebook business page - from the profile picture to the photo strip to the custom tabs. Prices start from £250. Get in touch to find out more.
