When you register for the Services we ask for information such as your name, company name, email address, billing address, credit card information. If you sign up for a free account, you will be required to enter a credit card number so that we can authenticate your identity.

LikeIt! uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run LikeIt. Although LikeIt owns the code, databases, and all rights to the LikeIt! application, you retain all rights to your personal information.

LikeIt! may disclose your personal information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or if your actions violate the Terms of Service.

Changes

We may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. We may periodically update this policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your LikeIt! account registration and we will seek your consent to such changes.

Upon request we may provide site visitors with access to information that we have collected and that we maintain about them.
